Microsoft
While at Pinnacle, I led the graphic design and production of Microsoft’s trade show booth at TechEd Europe—a major conference for IT professionals and developers across the continent. The project challenged me to uphold the visual integrity of one of the world’s most recognizable brands while coordinating across international teams and tight timelines.
Rooted in Microsoft’s brand guidelines, the graphics emphasized clarity and approachability. I relied on their curated lifestyle photography and modular layout system to create large-format visuals that felt both timeless and human. The final design supported Microsoft’s mission to “empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more”—shaping a space that felt modern, professional, and inclusive.
I created graphic applications for booth walls, light boxes, signage, and a large-scale hanging element—ensuring each asset aligned with Microsoft’s visual standards. All files were built to metric specifications and prepared for fabrication by a European production team.
A unique challenge of this project was collaborating entirely from afar. Without the ability to be on-site during installation, I had to anticipate every detail—designing with precision and coordinating closely with partners to ensure a smooth rollout. Despite the distance, the booth came together cleanly and cohesively, delivering a refined brand experience in the heart of Amsterdam.
